Welcome to Enginehaul.

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Enginehaul. We operate this online store and website, including the information, content, products, and services offered through it (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service and the policies referenced below explain your rights and responsibilities when using our Services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

By using our Services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your place of residence or have any permission required by applicable law.

You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing, payment, and shipping information. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity conducted through your account.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS

Enginehaul offers the Engine Block Drink Carrier in versions designed to hold 4, 6, or 8 cans. Please select your preferred version before checkout.

The carrier has angled can slots, a handle, and a central compartment for ice with removable covers. Can fit may vary with the shape and diameter of the beverage container. The slots are designed for a snug fit; some cans may take more pressure to insert or remove.

The product components supplied with your order are described on the applicable product page and at checkout. The standard product includes its assembly screws, screwdriver, handle, and ice-compartment covers. Any additional bundle items are included only when expressly listed in the offer selected at checkout.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Slight differences in color or appearance may result from lighting, photography, screen settings, or minor production variations. Such differences do not affect your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

We may update product descriptions, available versions, specifications, or quantities. Changes will not remove rights associated with an order already accepted.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and we confirm the order.

Please check the selected 4-can, 6-can, or 8-can version, quantity, bundle, and shipping address before submitting your order.

We may refuse or cancel an order for a reasonable reason, including suspected fraud, payment failure, unavailable stock, shipping restrictions, or an obvious pricing or technical error. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Once fulfillment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. Our Return & Refund Policy explains your options after delivery.

SECTION 4 — PRICES, DISCOUNTS AND BILLING

Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at checkout, subject to the correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.

Shipping, taxes, customs duties, or import charges may apply depending on the destination. Charges we collect will be shown at checkout. Any destination charges we do not collect will be handled as disclosed at checkout and under applicable law.

Promotions, discounts, gifts, and bundles apply only under the conditions displayed with the specific offer. A bundle includes only the items listed for the option you select; images showing other versions or accessories do not add them to your order.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery windows shown on our website are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a delivery date. Carrier processing, customs, weather, address issues, and transportation disruptions can affect delivery.

We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframes represented on our website. If a significant delay occurs, we will handle it in accordance with our Shipping Policy and applicable law. Nothing in this section limits rights concerning lost, delayed, or undelivered goods.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, damaged items, missing components, and incorrect orders are addressed in our Return & Refund Policy.

Our commercial return period is 30 days from delivery. Its eligibility conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, Enginehaul’s original branding, logos, website text, graphics, product photography, videos, and marketing materials are owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by Enginehaul.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce substantial portions of it or commercially use our original materials without permission. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our store may use third-party payment, shipping, tracking, review, or other services and may link to third-party websites. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control every independent third-party service. This section does not limit responsibility that applicable law places on us for your order.

SECTION 9 — SHOPIFY

Shopify provides technology used to operate our online store. Purchases from Enginehaul are transactions between you and Enginehaul, not purchases from Shopify. Certain Shopify-powered features may also be subject to Shopify’s terms and privacy policies.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process information needed for payment, fulfillment, hosting, analytics, fraud prevention, customer support, and delivery. Please review the Privacy Policy for details.

SECTION 11 — REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT

If you submit a review, photo, video, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it reflects your genuine experience where presented as a customer review.

You allow Enginehaul to display your submitted content in connection with our store and products, subject to applicable law and any permissions requested when you submit it. We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringes another person’s rights.

SECTION 12 — ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

We may correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, incorrect availability, or inaccurate product information on our website.

If a material error affects an order you already placed, we will contact you when required and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious purposes. This includes unauthorized access, spreading malware, impersonation, infringement of others’ rights, unlawful collection of personal information, or interference with website security.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address such conduct.

SECTION 14 — TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services for material violations of these Terms, fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, or security threats. Termination does not remove rights or obligations that arose before it.

SECTION 15 — WARRANTIES AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We aim to supply products that match their descriptions. Except for warranties expressly offered by Enginehaul and guarantees required by law, we do not promise that the website or third-party technical features will operate without interruption.

Our 30-day return policy is separate from any legal rights concerning faulty goods. In the EU, consumers generally have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not match their description. Nothing in these Terms reduces that protection where it applies. Your Europe

SECTION 16 — PRODUCT ASSEMBLY AND USE

Follow any assembly and care instructions supplied with the Engine Block Drink Carrier. Use the included components as intended and check that the handle and other assembled parts are secure before lifting a loaded carrier.

Place cans into the slots rather than balancing them on top of the carrier. Can fit depends on container shape and diameter. The central compartment is intended to hold ice; its covers can be removed to add ice and replaced afterward.

The carrier is a portable drink holder with an ice compartment. We do not promise a particular cooling duration or that ice will remain frozen for a specified period. Results depend on conditions such as ambient temperature, the amount of ice, and the temperature of the beverages.

SECTION 17 — CARE AND EXPECTED WEAR

After use, empty the ice compartment, remove any remaining water, and clean and dry the carrier according to any instructions provided with it.

Normal signs of use, including cosmetic wear from repeated insertion and removal of cans, are different from a manufacturing defect. This distinction does not limit your rights if the product is faulty or fails to conform to its description.

SECTION 18 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Enginehaul is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from improper use, unauthorized alteration, or failure to follow supplied instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

SECTION 19 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for third-party claims directly resulting from your unlawful use of our Services, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This provision does not apply where prohibited or restricted by consumer law.

SECTION 20 — SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

SECTION 21 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

A failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, govern use of our Services.

SECTION 22 — ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer obligations under these Terms where such a restriction is legally permitted. Enginehaul may transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a business sale, merger, or restructuring, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 23 — GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Where legally permitted, the laws of Enginehaul’s place of establishment may govern contractual matters.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country or region. Customers in Mexico may have rights under Mexican consumer protection law; customers in other markets may have additional local rights. SECTION 24 — INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International orders may involve customs procedures, import duties, taxes, and local delivery requirements. Applicable charges and responsibilities should be reviewed at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
